ORDER

How can I order if there is not an option to buy online?
For any purchasing inquires please fill in the how to order form including measurements and delivery details and we will reply with a quotation.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept two payment methods; bank transfer or debit/credit card via the PayPal payment gate.
What' is the average cost of one square metre?
A price list of our standard products can be found in downloads tab.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I need a professional team to carry out the fitting. Could you provide a fitting service?
Please send your address, contact details and some information about your project and we will send you details of a recommended fitting team in your area.
Do you provide CAD files for architects?
Yes; please send your company details, information about the project and the product which you want to use and we will supply you with CAD files.
Do you send samples?
Yes we do. However, due to the hand-made production and time consuming preparation of samples, we are obligated to charge £12 including VAT for each one. This amount will be deducted from your invoice after purchase. Alternately please visit our show room, address and opening times can be found on our contact page.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom is available for viewing via appointment only, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please contact us to book a visit. The showroom address can be found on our contact page.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. Please check the description on the price list or send us an email and we will respond to your requirements.
How should I cancel my order or return my item?
You can cancel orders of stock products but we do not accept cancellation of products made to order. In order to cancel or return your purchase please send us an email or letter advising that you want to cancel the order. Return delivery charges can be applied. If you want to return the item because your goods were damaged during delivery, please report any damages within 14 days of the delivery before you start fitting our products. Please send us pictures if there is any damage as it will help with your return application. For more information please read our ‘Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

I want to place an order. When will my delivery arrive?
Delivery time depends upon individual purchases; stock products will be delivered within 2 working days.  If the product is currently out of stock then the maximum lead time is 10 working days. Made to order products will be delivered within 1 – 3 weeks or slightly longer for orders over 20 square meters. Please fill in the contact form and we will respond with an exact availability and a delivery date.
What happens if I discover breakages or damage?
If damages are discovered please report this as soon as possible. Make a note of the problem when signing for your goods and take a digital picture to help us establish what caused the problem. We will replace any substandard products as quickly as possible. For more information, please fill in the contact form and visit the “Terms & Conditions” page.
How will you send my goods?
All orders are delivered on a pallet and the delivery service is only to the street level. Clients are responsible for bringing goods inside the property and attending to the unpacking of the pallet.

BESPOKE

What materials do you use for bespoke projects?
We use decorative concrete, gypsum, MDF, plywood, solid wood, ceramic clay, wallpaper and fabric.
Is there a minimum order value for bespoke projects?
Yes, £350.00  is our starting price for the bespoke service.
Can you create drawings for our bespoke project?
Yes, no problem but we charge for this service. Email us for more details.
Can you send me any samples of your bespoke designs?
Yes, but this is very time-consuming. We’ll need to get an idea of what you’re looking for, then we can send you some samples. Because of the time involved, we have to charge for this service.

CONCRETE

Can I fit the concrete tiles and panels myself?
We recommend you use a trader with good tiling and fitting skills. It doesn’t require painting. It comes in a few different shades – white through to dark grey and black.
What paints can I use with it?
It doesn’t require painting. It comes in few different shades – white through to dark grey and black.
When can I expect delivery?
All architectural concrete purchases are made to order and typically take 2 – 4 weeks. However, larger orders can take slightly longer.

GYPSUM

Can I fit the gypsum panels myself?
We recommend to use a trader with good painting and decorating skills.
What paints can I use on the Wavy panels finish?
We highly recommend water-based, matt emulsion paints.
When can I paint them?
After they’ve been installed and filled.
When can I expect delivery?
Some of our gypsum panels are off-the-shelf and we can usually deliver these within 1-2 working days. Other ranges take 1 – 2 weeks to deliver.

WALLPAPER

Can I fit the wallpaper myself?
Yes, you can. It shouldn’t be too difficult for two people.
What adhesive can I use with it?
Heavy duty wallpaper adhesive applied only on the wall. This should be available from every good DIY merchant.
When can I expect delivery?
All wallpaper purchases are made-to-order and typically take 3 – 10 working days to deliver.

WOOD

Can I fit the wooden panels myself?
We recommend you use a trader with good carpentry skills.
What paints can I use for a finish on the wooden panels?
Most wood finishes do not required any painting. It’s only the MDF 3D panels that require extra painting after fitting, and these can be finished using any suitable paint for wood.
When can I expect delivery?
All wooden panel purchases are made to order and typically take 1 – 3 weeks. However, larger orders can take slightly longer.

CLAY

Can I fit the ceramic tiles and brick slips myself?
We recommend you use a trader with good tiling skills.
What protection can I use with it?
Walls don’t require any protection while any floor protection depends on the finish of the tiles. Contact us for more info.
When can I expect delivery?
All ceramic tiles and brick slip purchases are made-to-order and typically take 2 – 3 weeks. However, larger orders can take slightly longer.
